Data we collect: when you place an order we collect your name, e-mail, phone number, country and shipping address, plus the information needed to process the order (items, amount, payment reference). No card data is stored on this site: card/PayPal payments are processed by PayPal, and USDT (TRC-20) payments are verified manually on the blockchain.
Purpose: to process and ship your orders, contact you about them, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Processors: PayPal (payment), Web3Forms (secure transmission of order e-mails), Hostinger (hosting). Your data is never sold or used by us for advertising.
Retention: order data is kept for as long as needed to process it and then for the legal accounting period. Your cart and chosen language are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and stay on your device.
Your rights (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability. To exercise these rights, write to support@thekingsofcoins.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority (in France, the CNIL — cnil.fr).

Conservation : les données de commande sont conservées le temps nécessaire au traitement puis pour la durée légale comptable. Le panier et la langue choisie sont stockés localement dans votre navigateur (localStorage) et restent sur votre appareil.

Products: collectible figures, statues and themed merchandise. Photos are as accurate as possible; slight variations may occur. Some items are unofficial fan products (indicated on the product page).
Prices: shown in US dollars (USD), excluding any taxes that may apply in your country. Any import/customs duties are the buyer's responsibility.
Orders: an order is confirmed once you have entered your delivery details and your payment is confirmed (card/PayPal or USDT TRC-20). A confirmation e-mail is sent.
Delivery: worldwide tracked shipping, estimated 7 to 15 business days depending on the destination country. Times are indicative.
Right of withdrawal: in accordance with EU law, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw (see the refund policy below).
Liability: we cannot be held liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs.
Produits : figurines, statues et produits dérivés de collection. Les photos sont les plus fidèles possibles ; de légères variations sont possibles. Certaines références sont des produits de fans non officiels (indiqué sur la fiche).
Prix : affichés en dollars US (USD), hors taxes éventuelles selon votre pays. Les frais de douane à l'import restent à la charge de l'acheteur.
Commande : la commande est validée après saisie de vos informations de livraison et confirmation du paiement (carte/PayPal ou USDT TRC-20). Un e-mail de confirmation est envoyé.
Livraison : expédition mondiale avec suivi, délai estimé 7 à 15 jours ouvrables selon le pays de destination. Les délais sont indicatifs.
Droit de rétractation : conformément au droit de l'UE, vous disposez de 14 jours à compter de la réception pour vous rétracter (voir la politique de remboursement ci-dessous).
Responsabilité : notre responsabilité ne saurait être engagée pour les retards d'acheminement imputables au transporteur ou aux douanes.
4. Refund & return policy4. Politique de remboursement & retours
Withdrawal (14 days): you may return an unused item, in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
Damaged or incorrect item: contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos at support@thekingsofcoins.com. We will offer a replacement or a refund.
Refund: once the return is received and checked, the refund is issued within 14 days to the original payment method (or in USDT for crypto orders).
Exclusions: customized, clearance or visibly used items may be excluded, within the limits of the law.
Rétractation (14 jours) : vous pouvez retourner un article non utilisé, dans son emballage d'origine, dans les 14 jours suivant la réception. Les frais de retour sont à votre charge sauf article défectueux ou erreur de notre part.
Article endommagé ou non conforme : contactez-nous sous 48 h après réception avec des photos à support@thekingsofcoins.com. Nous proposerons un remplacement ou un remboursement.
Remboursement : une fois le retour reçu et vérifié, le remboursement est effectué sous 14 jours sur le moyen de paiement d'origine (ou en USDT pour les commandes crypto).
Exclusions : articles personnalisés, soldés ou visiblement utilisés peuvent être exclus, dans les limites de la loi.
